A Conversation Around Sexual Assault and Healing

Every 73 seconds an American experiences sexual assault (RAINN). Exhale to Inhale is committed to supporting survivors of sexual assault through their long-term healing. We are inviting our community to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our work and be a part of the change. By becoming a fundraiser for Exhale to Inhale, you are inviting your friends to open new pathways to healing for survivors of sexual assault and creating a better tomorrow where we know that healing is possible.

In honor of sexual assault awareness month, Exhale to Inhale is running a public awareness campaign alongside our annual peer-to-peer fundraiser. Join the conversation each week and share your stories as we discuss topics such as:

• What it means to be a survivor in a yoga class
• How Yoga helps survivors reconnect with their body
• The importance of consent in a yoga class
• Why all healing spaces should be trauma-informed

20 years after the establishment of sexual assault awareness month, we know that healing is difficult, messy, and different for everyone, but it is possible.
